New Monitor
The new monitor works great. Place in pool, checked water ph at pool store and read monitor reading and both were the same. Thanks for responding and replacing monitor.

Great product and great support
I love this device! Easy to know my numbers and when I need to give attention to my spa. Living in Texas we get rain out of the blue and the temps fluctuates wildly. With my iopool, I know longer worry about my spa. With a Quick Look at the app I know everything I need to know. Data is king and iopool makes me the King of spa!
