I received the Eco system last year as a present, and it work flawlessly all season. This spring I tried to wakeup the system and put it back in to service. But the Eco sensor would not stay connected. I contacted iopool with my issue. With in a day, they had reached back out to me with a couple things to try. iopool's also tried a couple things on there end, to no avail. The system was still under a warranty. Without hesitation, they sent me a new Eco sensor. Which I have up and running. My experience with customer service was great. I would recommend this system to anyone that has a pool.

Although it's only been a few days since I started using the Smart Water Monitor, I'm impressed. It was very easy to install, set up, and start using the monitor. I haven't had a professional compare the values using an actual water sample but comparing to some 3rd party test strips the values appear to be good. The app is great for keeping an eye on the water quality while I'm away and prior to using the hot tub. Overall, a great product and very useful for my purposes.

The calibration worked for us

Simple to follow programmed steps and the probe fits nicely in the pouches of liquid for calibration.

No more running outside to test the chemicals. Open the app and see how your ph and sanitizer level are trending. This allows you to predict where your levels are headed. For example, my ORP was low, added granular sanitizer and over he next 2-3 hours, my ORP sanitization potential increased to the upper safe limit. The graph stabilized and continues on a slow down tred allowing me to predict when I need another dose of sanitizer.
