Kit de calibración EcO

El kit de calibración iopool es un conjunto de soluciones tampón, que le permiten calibrar con precisión los sensores de pH y ORP de su EcO Smart Monitor.

Contenido del kit

  • 1x solución de calibración de pH 4.00 (0.7 oz / 20ml)
  • 1x solución de calibración pH 7.00 (0.7 oz / 20ml)
  • 1x solución de calibración OPR +468mV (0.7 oz / 20ml)

Calibrar la EcO permite al analizador ajustarse al desgaste de la sonda electroquímica y, por tanto, realizar mediciones más precisas durante más tiempo.

¿Cuándo calibrar su EcO?

  • No es necesario calibrar antes del primer uso.
  • A partir de la segunda temporada, se recomienda calibrar al principio de cada temporada.

NB: Si su Eco no se hiberna nunca (piscina cubierta, spa, baño nórdico,...), le aconsejamos que lo calibre cada año.

¿Cómo realizar el calibrado?

  1. Saque el EcO del agua, retire el tapón de silicona y enjuague el sensor con agua limpia.
  2. En la aplicación iopool, vaya a "Mi piscina/spa > Dispositivos > EcO", pulse "Calibrar mi EcO" y siga atentamente los pasos de la aplicación.
  3. Una vez finalizada la calibración, vuelva a colocar el tapón de silicona en la posición de prueba y coloque de nuevo el EcO en la piscina o el spa.

Calibration did not work, app still saying I need to add bromine even though bromine levels are high

Calibration Kit

This order, 7139 was placed on Aug 29th, 19 days ago. It stated that it was "in stock" when it was order. The package is nothing more that a small envelope and yet you thought you needed to charge me $12.50 on a $15 product. In addition, WHERE IS IT? It still hasn't been mailed (shipped) in 19 days. This is totally unacceptable. My last order for supplies to several weeks before it shipped (again everything was reported in stock). I will be updating my review on Amazon regarding the horrible customer service.

Replaced under warranty but half cost billed as import fees

I had initial good interaction after multiple attempts to calibrate the eco and was offered a free replacement… however ups charged me half its cost in import fees. After notified about the issue, no feedback from support. I would expect iopool to honour its warranty by reimbursing import fees (that could have been averted by properly labeling the content to duties. I am from Canada and delivered via UPS from US.

Calibration seems to still be way off

After calibrating, it was fine for about a day, now it's way off from what test strips show. What even was the point?
