They didn't work for me

I've received three of these gateways and none will power on when connected to a USBC charger after following the instructions to attached the Antenna first. I have swapped cables and chargers and nothing has resulted in the LEDs coming on to indicate power on. Apparently, Iopool doesn't test these when received from the supplier in China. I've worked with the company directly (they provided the third one to me at no charge) to try to solve the problem but have had no success at all to determine why these will not power on.
