Replacement never arrived

After troubleshooting the device (that failed within a week or two of using), they agreed to send me a replacement. It has been two weeks and it still is not here. Additionally, should the thing ever arrive, it appears they are not sending me an entire replacement, just the sensor. I was lucky the trash had not been picked up because I had thrown the entire thing away before i realized this, not knowing the sensor was removable and that was the only thing they were replacing.
